2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in our online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. By placing an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected products. We may accept your order by sending an order confirmation email.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable VAT where required by law. Shipping costs are calculated separately and displayed during checkout.

4. Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on destination:

• International: 5–10 business days

5. Retention of Title

Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

6. Product Condition

We offer both new and pre-owned products. Pre-owned items will be clearly marked and described accordingly.

7. Warranty and Liability

Statutory warranty rights apply. If products are defective or not as described, customers are entitled to replacement or refund in accordance with applicable laws.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days. Further details can be found in our Return & Withdrawal Policy.

9. Governing Law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Mandatory consumer protection laws of the customer’s country of residence remain unaffected.
